Why is it called free healthcare if it's not actually free?

Healthcare is a major cost for individuals and families, and free healthcare seems like a great solution to the problem. However, the truth is that free healthcare is not actually free, and there are many costs associated with it. This includes the cost of the services provided, taxes to pay for the services, and the cost of insurance to cover those who cannot afford to pay out of pocket. Free healthcare also has other hidden costs, such as the cost of administrative overhead, the cost of medical supplies, and the cost of prescription drugs. So while free healthcare may seem like an attractive solution, it is still not actually free.
